key tasks and responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ff indicators (+qdipa), daily gemba management, updating blackboard and std work, managing personnel and resources, focusing on quality and productivity goals, maintaining a healthy work environment, continually improving processes, ensuring order and cleanliness, monitoring payroll, tracking employee retention, meeting hour-by-hour board goals, controlling turnover below 2%, increasing production results, measuring and improving learning times (ramp implementation), applying kan ban processes, and maintaining schedule availability/flexibility.
