key responsibilities
* develop a product that improves healthcare in the hispanic community in the u.s.
* establish a continuous testing pipeline where quality can be measured throughout every stage.
* collaborate with engineers, designers, business development, and company leadership to solve problems and plan for the future.
* own the full release lifecycle from feature development to public and hosted release.
* contribute to system documentation so it can scale seamlessly.
required qualifications
* 4+ years of proven functional testing and automation experience in web apps and/or mobile apps within back-end services architecture.
* strong software engineering fundamentals.
* excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
* extensive knowledge of software design paradigms in large-scale environments, distributed systems.
* advanced level in either javascript or java as programming languages.
* experience using and implementing test harness with selenium, cypress, webdriverio, etc.
* experience with backend api testing using postman, restassured, axios, supertest.
* experience working with ci tools like github actions, jenkins, circleci.
* demonstrated experience and passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
* have worked closely with design teams or have a strong understanding of a customer-centered design process.
* you have a quality approach, delivering high-quality products and supporting others in maintaining high standards throughout each stage.
* you enjoy learning and teaching others, and are passionate about your work.
* advanced english communication skills.

* deep understanding and experience with web services and methodologies such as apis rest and graphql.
* experience with chrome development tools.
* understanding and experience with cloud and cloud services, containers, deployment systems, and container management platforms.
* you have a background in building web products at scale and experience working in a high-growth tech company on consumer-facing products.
* hands-on knowledge of working in an agile environment.
