As a business analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. From gathering requirements to post-implementation support, your focus will be on understanding client needs and improving user experience.
*responsibilities*:
- engage actively in project ceremonies, focusing on identifying and managing functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, mockups, prototypes, and functional service designs.
- understand client business processes to identify needs and design features that enhance solutions, suggesting process changes when necessary.
- design functionalities that not only meet identified requirements but also provide excellent user experience and allow for growth, stability, and quality.
- document and understand specifications related to functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, data models, and integration/service specifications.
- communicate and advocate for the solution design, collaborating closely with the product owner and discussing scope with client stakeholders.
- support the development team during functionality implementation and work closely with testers to enhance the overall design.
- identify and manage scope changes against the project or sprint agreement, ensuring project coherence.
- collaborate on test case design and execution, ensuring quality and reliability of the solution.
- conduct user training on solution functionality and prepare corresponding materials, providing initial support after launch.
*requirements*:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in technology projects.
- ability to understand mockups, prototypes, data models, and functional specifications of services and integrations.
- knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
- experience using project management and requirements gathering tools (preferably jira and confluence).
- experience analyzing processes and credit requirements in the banking/fintech industry.
- preferred: experience working with multidisciplinary teams including ux/ui designers, developers, and testers.
