Program delivery specialist
the key responsibility of this role is to manage the delivery of programs within a specified business unit. This involves defining and scoping project parameters, developing timelines, identifying required resources, creating overall plans, and managing the execution of those plans by development teams.
key areas of focus include:
* manages multiple systems of varying size/complexity, ensuring integration and conversion of products for new portfolios.
* develops strong relationships with engineering, product, and other partners during program implementation.
* accountable to executive sponsors for governance, scope, schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements.
* provides governance over roadmap plans, scope, schedule, and cost to ensure quality and client satisfaction for complex delivery programs.
* leads and influences members of their team to support the completion of complex project delivery.
* ensures adherence to global payments standards and sdlc's for documentation, product/project roadmaps, quarterly planning, loes/scope requirements, and pif process.
qualifications
minimum qualifications:
* fluent in both english and spanish.
* bachelor's degree.
* relevant experience or degree in business, finance, and it.
