job functions:
* serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing support for employee-related
matters.
* balance strategic thinking, analytical skills, and curiosity to understand business needs.
* manage key hr processes such as headcount planning, cost analysis, and coaching for
leaders.
* act as a consultant rather than a coach—implementing projects, performance reviews,
okrs, and other key processes.
* project management responsibilities across the region.
* ensure visibility toward the bottom line and align hr strategies with business objectives.
* act as a global ambassador for a performance-driven culture, challenging senior
managers when necessary.
* support organizational structure changes and strategy development.
requirements
* 4-5 years of relevant experience.
* strong ability to manage senior stakeholders.
