Benefits operations manager
key responsibilities
* serve as the primary liaison with finance, reviewing reports, reconciling data, and escalating variances or anomalies to leadership for resolution.
* collaborate with finance to develop and maintain the annual benefits budget, covering health & welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary programs.
* monitor monthly and quarterly benefits spend, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
* manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, including validation, approval workflows, and vendor setup coordination.
* ensure timely and accurate funding of all benefit programs in partnership with payroll and finance, aligned with payroll cycles and vendor requirements.
minimum requirements
* experience of 3 to 4 years of finance and benefits experience
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or finance (preferred)
* strong understanding of benefits programs and related financial processes
* strong understanding of benefit programs and practices.
* excellent organizational and time management skills.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* languages: fluent in english (additional languages are a plus).
