We are looking for aproduct engineerto join our team and support the development and industrialization of new products within our manufacturing operations.this role will work closely with corporate product development (hq) and cross-functional teams including quality, planning, and production, ensuring successful product launches and smooth transition into serial production.position objectivemanage and control all activities related to thedevelopment and industrialization of new products in the plant, coordinating with corporate product development and internal departments to ensure product performance, integrity, and release to mass production according to customer and company timelines.key responsibilities / knowledgedevelopment and management ofnew product launches (apqp) interaction and coordination withhq product development teams approval and validation ofproduct developments knowledge ofmanufacturing processes such as sewing, vulcanization, and finishing engineering change management project managementthroughout product development stages understanding ofmaterials and product specifications technical drawing interpretation(general knowledge) knowledge ofiatf 16949 standards general knowledge ofprogramming languages(desirable)key competenciesproject management analytical thinking effective communication results-oriented mindset creativity and problem solvingrequirementsengineering degree advanced english (mandatory) experience in product development or similar roles within manufacturing environmentsif you are interested in contributing tonew product development and industrialization within a dynamic manufacturing environment, we would like to hear from you.
