the ceo will be responsible for translating vision into execution and reports to the founders. This leader will guide sibs from early scale by building the product, the team, and the partnerships required to win in the competitive sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles resale ecosystem. The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply execution-oriented. The team is looking for someone equally comfortable shaping long-term direction and sitting at the drafting table with founders to define near-term plans, milestones, and metrics.
this role requires a compelling communicator who deeply understands the sibs value proposition, can attract top talent, and can credibly represent the company to partners, investors, and the broader ecosystem.
responsibilities:
* lead the company through product launch and early scaling
* oversee product strategy and development in close partnership with engineering and product teams
* ensure disciplined execution against clearly defined goals, timelines, and kpis
* translate founder vision into an actionable operating plan
* develop and manage strategic partnerships across commerce, technology, and brand ecosystems
* build win-win external relationships that accelerate adoption, credibility, and growth
* lead revenue strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution
* drive live selling as a core part of sibs, partnering with creators, brands, and operators to deliver a differentiated live shopping experience
* serve as a powerful external voice for sibs, articulating the mission, product, and cultural relevance
* demonstrate a deep understanding of a gen-z audience and how to authentically engage and retain them
* champion the company’s social and environmental impact, ensuring it remains integral to decision-making
* lead discussions on complex and high-stakes decisions with clarity and conviction
* partner effectively with the founders, providing transparency and accountability
* balance speed with rigor in an early-stage environment
requirements
* proven experience scaling a commerce-related technology platform, ideally from early stage
* strong understanding of product management and modern software development processes
* background in or deep affinity for sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, or adjacent cultural industries is highly desirable
* experience with or strong understanding of live selling, livestream commerce, or creator-led commerce models
* experience building partnerships with brands, platforms, or marketplaces
* highly execution-focused, with a track record of turning strategy into measurable results
* comfortable operating in ambiguity and making hard decisions with limited data
