As a member of our marketing team, you can expect to work with some incredibly talented people invested in your growth and development. The marketing team at bioptimizers is composed of several teams responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across paid media, lifecycle, content, partnerships, and web to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
You will handle the logístical and administrative details of the chief marketing officer's day-to-day activities, thus increasing her productivity.

*in your first 3 months, you will...*
- significantly boost the cmo’s productivity and efficiency by handling all her key logístical and administrative tasks.
- be capturing and documenting all key cmo/personal systems and processes, and make sure they are consistently followed.
- fully handle the cmo’s calendar events and meeting scheduling.
- handle all flight and accommodation arrangements for the cmo’s travel and improve on the process.
- attend meetings the cmo is involved in, attentively listening and capturing in-meeting action points to deploy (either during or immediately after the meeting).
- ensure cards/gifts are sent to all key people (professional and personal).
- prepare reimbursement reports, check invoices, and prepare expense reports.
- multitask between different projects to meet specific deadlines.
In your first 12 months, you will...
- be able to identify repetitive events and situations in the cmo’s day-to-day, capture the key steps involved, and convert them into written, linear, step-by-step procedures.
- follow established processes to ensure efficiency, high quality, and consistency.
- always be on the lookout to automate, eliminate, and improve steps to make these processes even better.
- delegate action items to team members and actively follow up on them.
Pay: $42,900.00 - $50,700.00 per month
