Integrated solutions well engineer – completions/workover
drive technical excellence through data‑driven well engineering and integrated project execution across the full well lifecycle, with a focus on completions, workover, and intervention programs.
collaborate with hse, operations, commercial, and service delivery teams to ensure well integrity, safety, and operational efficiency while leveraging digital environments such as vcdse.
responsibilities
* prepare well designs, technical requirements, and operational plans focused on completion, workover, and intervention activities.
* support tendering phases by providing engineering input and collaborating with commercial and procurement teams.
* develop detailed well programs and procedures for completion operations and well repair (workover) interventions.
* utilize vcdse (virtual collaborative design system environment) to support engineering design and planning.
* define technical services and coordinate third‑party requirements.
* prepare operational timelines, cost estimates, and project forecasts.
* build risk registers and contingency plans with internal and external stakeholders.
* monitor daily operational progress and track project expenditures.
* ensure full compliance with hse policies and promote a strong safety culture.
* engage with customers through technical meetings, presentations, and operational updates.
* track technical and operational kpis and benchmark against defined objectives.
* support root cause analysis (rca) investigations and drive corrective actions.
* prepare technical documentation including end of well reports and lessons learned.
* ensure proper data management aligned with integrated solutions standards.
* drive continuous improvement through best practices, innovation, and technology adoption.

qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in petroleum, mechanical, or chemical engineering (master’s preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in completions, workover, well intervention, or related operations.
* strong experience in well design, intervention programs, and/or field operations.
* knowledge or exposure to vcdse or similar digital engineering platforms.
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work in complex environments.
* excellent communication skills with english level b2 (intermediate), to be evaluated.
* proficiency with ms office, power bi, and well engineering software tools.
* strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
