we are looking for a talented cruise sales representative to be the front line for our members, delivering five-star customer service and driving sales for a major cruise brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for solving problems, and are fluent in both spanish and english, this is the job for you
this role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can expertly manage both customer service inquiries and sales opportunities, ensuring every member has an exceptional and seamless experience from booking to disembarkation.
*what you'll do (essential responsibilities)*:
- handle inbound customer service and sales calls, offering accurate information and personalized cruise recommendations.
- provide comprehensive post-booking support, including managing changes, processing payments, and coordinating special requests up until the trip's completion.
- deliver exceptional service that builds trust, strengthens member loyalty, and encourages repeat business.
- use your product and brand knowledge to confidently identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- ensure data accuracy in all interactions to prevent errors and ensure a seamless booking and service experience.
qualifications for the position:
- experience: minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a call center or the travel industry.
- bilingual fluency (a must): exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both spanish and english—able to communicate clearly and professionally with international customers.
- location: ability to work on-site at our office in colonia del valle sur, cdmx.
- proven ability to handle inbound customer interactions with the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
- strong computer proficiency, including microsoft 365 (outlook, excel, word), and the ability to quickly adapt to new reservation and tracking systems.
- detail-oriented: excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, bookings, and follow-ups.
