what you'll do?
* act as the primary onsite point of contact for customer issues and escalations.
* handle tickets and provide l2/l3 support for multiple enterprise applications.
* analyze and resolve issues related to aws lambda, dynamodb, and postgresql databases.
* monitor and troubleshoot web applications hosted on various platforms.
* use database management tools for maintenance and performance tuning.
* handle linux-based services and perform troubleshooting using shell scripting.
* manage and troubleshoot samba shares for file sharing across networks.
* support data operations and queries across aws lambda, dynamodb, and postgresql.
* utilize deployment and monitoring tools for issue tracking and resolution.
* interact with offshore teams and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
* work on informatica support or coordinate with the informatica team as needed.
