education: bachelor's degree in chemistry, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, or similar (desirable)

main tasks and responsibilities
* participate in feasibility studies for new projects
* support data management in tras4m
* develop flow diagrams and fmea for new projects
* manage personnel incidents in the tres system
* plan and execute painting production activities for new processes and products
* focus on process optimization
* adjust ergonomic conditions in production operations
* implement manufacturing improvement techniques
* monitor and control painting line parameters
* prepare and update documentation for ppap and quality systems (it, av, flow diagrams, fmea, control plans)
* plan cleaning activities for the painting line and hydrographic equipment
* control and innovate painting equipment systems
* manage sludge pits, washers, drying, and curing ovens
* reduce product quality defects
* develop assessments as per client requirements
participate in developing a skills matrix to strengthen operational staff.
