Job description
the lead human resources representative is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle within the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategic initiatives to create a positive work environment.
key responsibilities include labor relations, union negotiations, and serving as a credible business partner. The successful candidate will provide guidance on human resources and organizational issues while promoting employee engagement through corporate programs.
additional duties may include meeting role expectations aligned with company culture, complying with legislative and company policies, and implementing compliance of policies and procedures.
the ideal candidate will have experience in hr leadership with a focus on labor relations and union negotiations. They should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
requirements:
* advanced english proficiency (c1/c2)
* experience with hris systems such as workday, peoplesoft, or sap
* knowledge of mexican federal labor law and social systems
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
