your mission:
in this role, you will support the brand marketing team with all aspects of national marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs, with an emphasis on brand strategy execution. You will liaise between marketing, customers, operators, vendors, and other stakeholders, creating positive or negative interactions. You will also complete projects independently, exercising appropriate authority and discretion.
how you’ll make an impact:
* support the development and execution of national campaigns, including print, digital menu boards, loyalty programs, local store marketing (lsm), kids marketing, in-store/on-site support, new product testing, vendor licensing, budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
* coordinate, execute, and communicate campaign activities through creative services and promotional catalogs.
* develop point of purchase (pop) materials to ensure product variety and affordability.
* collaborate with marketing communications to develop and execute campaign messaging, including creative solutions, intranet updates, crew communication, and faqs.
* assist franchise marketing managers in developing lsm concepts, researching best practices, and planning store visits for field research.
* guide operators on campaign support materials and custom requests.
* establish relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery of marketing materials and manage related reports and summaries for management.
* monitor campaign expenses, purchase orders, and invoicing, keeping leadership informed of project status.
* coordinate cross-promotions and crew incentive programs from ideation to evaluation.
* manage digital content for menu boards, including updates for new store openings, test markets, and custom requests.
* review store requests for product and price changes, and update management accordingly.
* ensure quality control of marketing products and coordinate vendor reviews for improvements and cost savings.
* handle internal and external issue resolution related to marketing activities.
* support special projects, researching new tools and resources, and obtaining necessary approvals.
* track and report on departmental and program budgets and expenses.
who you are:
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* at least two years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing.
* professional demeanor with confidentiality and sound judgment.
* excellent communication, presentation, and proofing skills.
* strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
* proficiency in microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, word) and adobe acrobat.
* analytical skills to compile, analyze, and present data effectively.
* attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
