role mission
design, implement, and consolidate the digital strategy for a new online platform focused on brand registration, targeting entrepreneurs, freelancers, and microbusinesses.
this role blends creativity, execution, and data analysis: responsible for building the digital presence from scratch, positioning the platform across key online channels, and converting traffic into qualified leads, while measuring performance using tools like google analytics, google ads, and meta business suite.
key responsibilities
* lead the digital implementation of the project alongside an external agency, ensuring proper launch and positioning of the platform.
* design, execute, and optimize the digital marketing strategy, including seo, sem, google ads, meta ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
* set up and analyze metrics in google analytics and google tag manager to identify traffic sources, conversion rates, and improvement opportunities.
* measure and report campaign performance (cpc, ctr, cac, roas, conversions), generating insights to maximize lead generation.
* create engaging digital content (texts, videos, reels, infographics, articles) with an approachable, educational, and commercial tone, tailored to a non-expert audience in intellectual property.
* oversee the digital channel mix (instagram, facebook, linkedin, youtube, whatsapp, google ads), ensuring consistency and investment efficiency.
* coordinate closely with ip operations and customer service to ensure technical accuracy and clarity of messaging.
* identify partnership opportunities with podcasts, entrepreneurial communities, and relevant influencers to strengthen brand presence.
* support the transition from agency-led marketing to internal management, progressively taking full ownership of the strategy.
