Job description
this role involves acting as the primary liaison with the bpo provider in the region, ensuring seamless hr administration, payroll, and contract management. The candidate will define, monitor, and improve slas and performance metrics, oversee hr service delivery specialists, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Additionally, the role includes managing internal hr operations outside the bpo scope, leading a team responsible for hr data, attendance, and payroll, and overseeing daily payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
key responsibilities also encompass developing best practices for operational excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The role requires leading digital transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation of a global hcm digital solution, and leveraging automation tools to enhance hr efficiency and data accuracy.
your profile
* educational background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hr management, accounting, finance, law, business administration, or related fields.
* minimum 5 years in leadership roles within hr shared services, operations, or supplier management.
* fluent in english and spanish, with strong vendor management and sla compliance experience.
* expertise in hr service delivery, including hr data management, payroll, and labor law compliance in the americas, especially us and mexico.
* understanding of hr technology systems like sap successfactors, workday, or oracle hcm.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing system issues and developing solutions.
