a day in the life
serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and lead cross-team communication
track ad campaign performance and ensure programs deliver on time and on budget
ensure the client’s voice is heard and understood by capturing and translating accurate client input and feedback
manage campaign activity and provide feedback to client
lead client meetings and action items, ensuring a timely turn-around time
work with other business units as necessary to craft a winning campaign
relate personally with our clients and creative lead
other job-related tasks as necessary
you must have
at least 3 (three) years of experience in client management, media management, and/or advertising/marketing
bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
outstanding written and verbal communication skills
strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
experience working and thriving in a team environment with shared goals and business objectives
demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
expertise in google workspace, and microsoft office + knowledge of adobe creative suite and/or similar software programs is a major plus
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
a customer and brand-centric approach to all decision-making
