*about the role*

we are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, pdfs, and other digital and print media.
*key responsibilities*
* develop digital designs that help to achieve marketing and strategic goals for our brand.
* create new graphics in accordance with existing brand guidelines.
* create, develop, and manage digital design solutions for various uses, including social media, websites, graphics, newsletters, etc.
* liaise with the team on regular calls and meetings to understand the range of projects and turn their descriptions into striking, aesthetic design assets.
* alter existing assets to be suitable across a range of platforms and formats.
* make necessary improvements to existing graphics/designs.
* ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and visual identity. Maintain consistent visual elements across all platforms and materials.
*requirements*
* a minimum of 3 years of experience with digital design.
* a minimum of 3 years of experience using adobe illustrator, photoshop, indesign, aftereffects, and tools such as sketch or similar.
* experience with figma or similar.
* bilingual - spanish/english.
* ability to autonomously ideate, design, and create content for print.
* good understanding of social media (and visuals/graphics performing well across these platforms).
* good communication and interpersonal skills.
* strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* collaborative skills.
* contribute effectively within an organizational structure.
* ability to perform as part of a small team.
* an interest in the specialty coffee sector.
* willingness to travel to coffee farms and participate in events.
