Are you an accountant with experience in bank reconciliations and general accounting?Do you have advanced english and can communicate fluently with international teams?This opportunity is for you!We are looking for a noam supervisor accounting bank reconciliation to lead the team responsible for bank reconciliations across the noam region.what you'll do:- supervise and validate reconciliations between the system and the point of sale, ensuring the team properly addresses discrepancies, performs corrections, and records service charges, cash flows, and accounting entries.
* lead and ensure timely execution of the monthly bank reconciliation process, verifying accurate matching between bank deposits and pos records.
* review, analyze, and authorize the management of bank memos, confirming accounting adjustments and providing immediate follow‐up on significant variances.
* monitor the identification, documentation, and follow‐up of overages, shortages, delayed deposits, and missing deposits, ensuring full compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
* oversee the administration and control of nsf checks, verifying proper classification, system registration, and timely communication with stores and involved departments.
* ensure reconciliation documentation remains complete, organized, and audit‐ready, including deposit reports, bank memos, and required supporting materials.key requirements:required:- 3-6 years of experience in relevant finance activities such as: general accounting and accounts bank reconciliations.
* very good experience with microsoft office
* very good knowledge of erp systems (oracle r12 / cloud, sap, etc.)
