key responsibilities:
* lead the commercialization strategy for digital platforms across latin america.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance customer experience.
* develop and implement strategies to increase platform adoption and usage.
* monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* ensure compliance with latam regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
* provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* engage with multi-disciplinary teams across the region to build strong relationships and drive collaborative success.
* utilize product management skills to oversee the development and enhancement of digital products.
* understand global digital platforms and ensure local compliance and market relevance in latin american countries.
* develop partnerships with third-party vendors to create strategic alliances.
qualifications:
* minimum of 8 years of experience in digital banking or related fields.
* proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* in-depth knowledge of the latam regulatory environment.
* strong relationship skills to connect with multi-disciplinary teams across the region.
* preferred knowledge in treasury automation processes, host to host connectivity solutions, client erp systems, metrics, and analytics.
* strong product management skills.
* strong leadership and communication skills.
* ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
