*key functions*:
- make the shipping guides in order to document the shipments that will be made from stant to the final customer
- make stant invoices related to logistics in order to check the shipments made to customers
- review carrier invoices as well as fedex so finance can schedule payments
- make purchase orders from the various transport providers
- follow up on materials from new projects in order to get them to the plant in a timely manner
- schedule the export materials that is addressed to the client in order to ensure arrival
- follow up in the carriers in order to review the status of the material that is in transit
- maintain the physical and digital file of foreign trade operations in accordance with a customs law
- ensure compliance with laws and regulations in relation with imports and exports of the company ´s products
- request transporters the collect the finish product for deliver to the customer
- review "realese" of the client to request transportation through the client portal
- give instructions to the customer agent warehouse for shipments to the client
- ensure scheduled transportation for imports and exports
*qualifications*:
- international relations, international trade, industrial engineer
- 5 years of experience (automotive desirable)
- foreign trade legislation
