infosys –– production support analyst / technology analyst
we are seeking a technically skilled production support analyst to join our custom pos operations team for rent-a-center. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in typescript, node.js, react.js, and be well-versed in database concepts, particularly with postgresql. Familiarity with itsm framework is essential for success in this role.
qualifications basic
* bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* at least 6 years of experience in information technology and a minimum of 3 years in production support, capable of solving problems and programming.
mandatory skillsets:
* work experience in typescript, node.js, and react.js.
* experience with relational and no-relational database structures – postgresql (primary) and oracle pl/sql (secondary).
* experience with servicenow for incident, change, and problem management.
* experience with version control tools like gitlab.
* proficient in spanish and english communication.
* experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
good to have:
* experience with amazon web services - s3, sns, sqs, lambda, etc.
* experience using monitoring tools like bigpanda, logzio, or grafana.
* understanding of continuous integration and devops.
other relevant experience:
* experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
* ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
* experience in retail domain.
* coordinate daily support operations and ensure adherence to slas.
participation in on-call rotations and support during off-hours may be required.
