we are seeking a highly skilled service delivery manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality of deliverables and creating new strategies and offerings.
key responsibilities:
* oversee end-to-end service delivery for it operations to ensure sla and kpi compliance
* manage cloud infrastructure (aws, azure) and on-premise systems
* lead cross-functional teams in delivering it projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
* implement and optimize itil processes (incident, problem, change, release, etc.)
* collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service alignment with business goals
* drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage service escalations
* monitor infrastructure and application performance using industry-standard tools
* manage vendor relationships and service contracts
requirements
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* a strong background in it service delivery, with at least 8 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership role
* experience with aws and/or azure certifications (preferred)
* itil v4 certification
* pmp or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
* bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
