make your mark in distribution
aig distribution teams help find commercial solutions across various products including financial lines, property, casualty, specialty lines, cyber, multinational clients, and high net worth individuals. We are transforming our operating model and reshaping our roles to unlock each colleague’s full potential—empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add value to our customers and aig.
how you will create an impact
1. monthly follow-up of strategies with each line of business and prospect management, keeping the pipeline updated and filling the recovery accounts file by line of business.
2. timely communication of our subscription appetite and differentiated value proposition during meetings with brokers.
3. maintain updated salesforce profiles and broker plans for the assigned portfolio to align strategies, identify target portfolios, and measure broker performance (including top ten brokers per line of business).
4. weekly review of main accounts for renewal and new business, including monitoring collection and maintaining a cancellation percentage below 5%.
5. complete all assigned training programs on platforms like talent connection and in person.
6. manage all quote requests for new and renewal business.
7. increase customer satisfaction compared to the previous year (nps).
8. conduct market analysis for company channels and update insurer and agent market information.
