as the sales manager, you will be instrumental in leading a high‑performance sales team, training and motivating team members, and leveraging sales data to identify growth opportunities. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales leader with a history of successful sales management in high‑volume operations. Your objective will be to further elevate an already successful sales operation in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment.
key responsibilities
* lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Inspire the team with clear direction, motivation, and goal‑setting.
* conduct regular training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they are knowledgeable, well‑prepared, and equipped with the latest strategies and techniques to excel.
* use sales data to analyze market trends, client behaviors, and team performance, then adapt strategies to capitalize on these insights.
* organize and coordinate the team to ensure optimal performance, streamline workflows, and foster a collaborative and efficient sales environment.
* maintain a client‑first approach, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction to build long‑term relationships.
* monitor individual and team metrics, providing feedback and adjusting goals to continually drive sales excellence.
* lead by example: win the confidence of the sales team by closing deals yourself.
qualifications
* proven track record in high‑volume sales management and team leadership.
* experience running call center sales operations preferred.
* ability to motivate and develop sales teams, with hands‑on experience in organizing and training large groups.
* experience using sales data and analytics to drive decision‑making.
* adaptable and eager to take on new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
* ability to quickly learn new industry knowledge—experience in immigration law is not required but preferred.
* strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
* references to validate successful sales performance in past roles.
* experience in legal services sales preferred.
compensation
* generous base salary of $80,000 (mxn), with an attractive performance‑based bonus structure. Negotiable for candidates with top experience.
