about you
you should be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and ready to disrupt the commercial real estate industry. You’ll excel at rapidly growing your network and closing high-value deals with tenacity and expertise. Your outstanding communication skills, in your local language and english, will help you present compelling narratives to diverse audiences. Most importantly, you’ll have a can-do mindset: passion, curiosity, pride, drive, and ownership. We’ll take care of the rest.
what you’ll be doing
as part of our team of over 200 partnership sales leaders, you’ll leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, business, and financial acumen to achieve outstanding results. You’ll:
* agree high-value deals to expand the iwg network in various locations
* identify and pursue opportunities across commercial buildings, pitching and closing deals from £250k to over £1m
* showcase the value of iwg partnerships to your network
* source ambitious partners to drive growth through conversions and new locations
* tailor your approach to meet partners’ needs
* manage your pipeline from initial contact to signed agreement
