purpose
manage and control the credit and collections strategy for the jetour and soueast dealer network and commercial partners in mexico, ensuring timely accounts receivable recovery, mitigating financial risk, and supporting commercial growth through efficient and sustainable credit policies.
key responsibilities
credit management
• design and manage credit policies for dealers, including credit lines, payment terms, and guarantees.
• analyze the financial capacity of dealers for credit approvals or credit line expansions.
• establish dealer credit limits based on sales volume, inventory turnover, and payment behavior.
• evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation mechanisms such as guarantees, collateral, or credit insurance.
financial control & analysis
• develop accounts receivable dashboards and reports for executive management.
• analyze payment trends and financial behavior across the dealer network.
• implement credit and collections kpis to monitor performance.
• coordinate with treasury and accounting teams to ensure accurate payment reconciliation.
dealer relationship management
• serve as the financial point of contact for the dealer network regarding credit matters.
• negotiate payment conditions in special situations.
• ensure compliance with corporate financial policies across the dealer network.
process & continuous improvement
• implement tools and processes to automate collections and credit risk analysis.
