the client is a full-service point-of-sale merchandising company with over 50 years of experience, specializing in designing and producing custom displays, sales promotion materials, and signage.
about the role:
we are looking for a results-driven crm & outbound marketing specialist to take full ownership of our hubspot and zoominfo platforms. This role is crucial for enhancing our data integrity, supercharging our outbound campaigns, and empowering our sales team with seamless automation and clear pipeline visibility. You will be the engine driving measurable improvements in our marketing and sales performance.
key responsibilities:
- manage, clean, and maintain the hubspot crm database to ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy.
- build, execute, and optimize high-impact outbound b2b marketing campaigns.
- craft compelling, high-converting email sequences to engage prospects and generate leads.
- leverage zoominfo not just for list building, but for continuous data enrichment and crm hygiene, ensuring our sales database remains a high-quality asset.
- support the sales team by automating workflows and improving pipeline visibility within hubspot.
- independently identify and address gaps in our crm and outbound processes to drive continuous improvement.
requirements:
- advanced proficiency in hubspot crm administration and optimization.
- advanced proficiency in zoominfo for prospecting, enrichment, and list building.
- advanced experience in b2b outbound campaign strategy and execution.
- advanced skills in email sequence writing and conversion optimization.
- advanced knowledge of crm database management and hygiene best practices.
- intermediate experience with sales pipeline setup and reporting.
- required tools: hubspot (crm, sales hub), zoominfo, microsoft office.
- advanced copywriting skills for b2b sales outreach, specifically focused on cold email psychology and conversion.
- advanced fluency in english is required (written and verbal).
nice to have skills:
- intermediate knowledge of hubspot marketing hub (landing pages, workflows, automation).
- intermediate experience with lead scoring setup and management.
- basic understanding of a/b testing for email campaigns.
- experience with linkedin sales navigator.
- familiarity with email deliverability tools (e.g., mailfloss, neverbounce).
