* experience of 4-5 years in managing team of 50+ engineers
* should have strong knowledge and skill to handle customer technical/process related queries.
* working experience of b2b customer environment and its processes
* higher understanding of telecom domain 2g/3g/lte/5g.
* hands on experience in technologies of tx -sdh, dwdm, otn network & operations is a must.
* managing fault management of transmission.
* should have basic understanding of mobile backhaul network on mpls, ethernet.

* spoc for noc operations which include mainly tx,ran and technical help desk
* handle customer escalations & expectations, prepare & execute improvement plan to meet the sla's
* identify scenario for knowledge transfer/competence building, track the progress
* sme for transmission network to ensure smooth operation.
* support service manager in sla/kpi mitigation or sign off
* bridge gap between noc teams and customer expectations
* participate and contribute to governance meeting with internal and external stake holders
* responsible for postmortem reports, its review and action point implementation.
* achieve network kpi, suggestions for improvement.
* support automation implementation to bring efficiency
