key responsibilities
be the face of del cabo weddings to clients, hotels, venues, and high-level partners.
identify, follow through, and close strategic business opportunities.
build and maintain valued relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, and key players in the luxury wedding industry in los cabos.
oversee operations and service protocols.
ensure each wedding meets the highest industry standards of service in both quality and logistics.
supervise and follow up on work orders to ensure proper execution.
manage the planning, logistics, and overall supervision of select destination weddings.
collaborate closely with production, floral, and furniture teams to create a seamless and exceptional experience for the client.
manage and control payments, contracts, and invoicing for each event.
review and analyze sales, profitability, and performance reports based on key indicators (kpis).
create periodic executive reports outlining results, projections, and areas for improvement.
creation, management, and follow-up of event budgets.
ensure efficient and profitable operations that align with larger business goals.
inspire, develop, and guide your team of wedding planners and operations staff.
foster a culture of collaboration, respect, innovation, and premium service among your team.
establish internal processes that promote efficiency and professional growth among your team members.
ideal candidate profile
organized, strategic, and results-driven professional.
5+ years of experience leading a wedding, hospitality, and/or luxury event department.
strong reputation and existing network of contacts within the los cabos wedding industry.
proven track record in sales and commercial leadership.
advanced english proficiency (both written and oral) required.
proficiency in digital tools (crm, office, google drive, canva).
