We are hiring the best talent for sales representative to be located in guadalajara (relocation not applicable / applicable).

*purpose*:
this key commercial leadership position plays a pivotal role on cross-functional teams comprised of marketing, sales, finance, regulatory, clinical, prof ed, and supply chain among others. They will also work closely with global marketing partners on new product launch preparation and providing mexican hcp insights to the global organization. A key responsibility will be developing and launching a winning customer value proposition.

*key responsibilities*:

- supports the marketing team in the completion of tasks associated with the mentor business goals and objectives for the portfolio of products.
- drive product portfolio growth in product and procedure expansion
- grow our leadership position
- provide insights that drive product penetration by increasing patient awareness of breast reconstruction options
- coordinate with cross-functional partners in sales, corporate accounts, medical affairs, planning, regulatory and quality to improve efficiency of all marketing plans and tactics
- gain insights and develop relationships with key leaders with vision in plastic surgery and professional societies within the plastic surgery specialty
- the professional sales representative will also lead/participate on key business teams, and attend related industry conferences
- work closely with supporting sales team with the new practice program execution and marketing tools to help drive demand with the mentor portfolio qualifications and

*qualifications*

*requirements*:

- bs / ba is required.

A minimum 5 years relevant business experience (eg, sales, business development, franchise development) is required
- minimum of 5 years sales background
- experience related to plastic surgery is preferred
- medical device or healthcare industry knowledge in the mexican healthcare environment is preferred
- consumer marketing knowledge is also an asset
- proficiencies required:

- a proven self-starter who takes initiative
- ability to optimally manage complexity and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- strong collaboration skills to effectively lead in a matrixed cross-functional team environment
- other requirements
- ability to travel up to 25-35% of time, including some weekends, for business related conferences and events.
