this is an exciting opportunity to join our global talent acquisition team as a strategic, highly organized, and operationally-minded talent acquisition operations specialist. We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of optimizing systems and processes at scale.
responsibilities:
* own and continuously improve the recruiting tech stack, providing subject matter expertise on recruiting operational tooling and processes.
* drive continuous optimization of the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
* lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification.
* support project planning and program management of global-scale technology implementations.
* anticipate and mitigate risk while applying disruptive thinking to enhance operations.
* act as a trusted partner to recruiting and work with cross-functional teams (hr, it, finance) to achieve outcomes.
* be the voice of recruiting in internal and external discussions and influence decision-making related to operational policies and systems.
* drive accountability by familiarizing yourself with key performance metrics and reporting.
* own the enablement and communication plan, governing process documentation, training content, and self-service resources.
* champion change to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
* keep a pulse on competition and external trends to inspire our operational strategy and tech roadmap.
requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, hr operations, or a related field.
* strong knowledge of deploying, prioritizing, and creating roadmaps for large enterprise-wide systems.
* extensive hands-on experience with workday and proficiency in leveraging and integrating a diverse recruiting tech stack (ats, crm, etc.).
* proven experience optimizing end-to-end recruitment processes.
* active champion of best-in-class, emerging ta technologies.
* proven ability in stakeholder management, global change management, project management, and methodology application (agile, lean, design thinking).
* understanding of the end-to-end recruiting process.
* experience working in a global and matrixed organization.
* experience using google workspace.
* bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
