This role is critical to the end-to-end management of managed print services (mps), ensuring global delivery of contracted services in alignment with the statement of work (sow), while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence.

what you’ll do:
• manage the global operational delivery of managed print services contracts
• lead and coordinate cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• ensure achievement of slas, financial metrics, and profitability targets
• conduct monthly operations reviews, qbrs, and strategic business reviews with customers
• identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and business growth
what you need to succeed:
• strong experience in managed services operations or global account management
• proven ability to lead remote and multicultural teams
• strong analytical and financial acumen related to cost, margin, and performance management
• excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• bilingual english/spanish
