This role focuses on supporting chinese-speaking fashion sellers by helping them improve their sales performance and ensuring smooth daily operations. key responsibilities:
* improve sales performance and increase the number of orders for assigned sellers.
* build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and support their daily operations—many of whom are mandarin speakers, so clear communication is essential to avoid misunderstandings.
* assist sellers in selecting skus for campaigns and promotional activities that align with their business goals.
* conduct fashion market research and competitive analysis to provide sellers with strategic insights and growth opportunities.
requirements:
* proficiency in mandarin chinese (hsk level 4 or above), to ensure smooth communication with chinese-speaking sellers.
* university degree.
* strong sales mindset with the ambition to exceed kpis.
* logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* solid analytical capabilities to interpret sales trends and performance data.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments.
