* handles daily back-office customer service operations, responding to client inquiries via email and phone
* ensures all customer requests are addressed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
* provides support to team members by sharing product knowledge, best practices, and process guidance
* prepares and maintains reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and service trends
* acts as a key point of contact for escalated back-office customer concerns, working toward effective resolution
