location: on-site in el jacal, querétaro
schedule: monday to friday
salary: $17,500 mxn per monthresponsibilities
provide high-quality, multi-channel customer support (email, messaging, and phone) that meets client’s standards for productivity and customer satisfaction.
Technical support
prioritize and organize customer support tickets effectively.
Monitor and report trends or issues that may affect customer experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of client’s products and identify optimal solutions, tracking any bugs and suggesting ux improvements across brands.
Assist customers with:
finding and purchasing phone numbers
porting numbers in and out
managing accounts (billing, number management, etc.)
Share helpful resources from zendesk help center and recommend content updates as needed.
Participate in weekly team meetings and daily slack communication, collaborating with team members to enhance support.
Manage time efficiently to meet or exceed targets in both remote and in-office settings.qualifications
experience in technical support or similar roles.
Strong english proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
