Chickpea Trading Professional
We are seeking a seasoned Chickpea Trading Professional to lead our international chickpea portfolio, overseeing procurement, trading and sales strategy, as well as risk management and supply chain execution.
A proven trader with deep knowledge of international chickpea markets, strong decision-making ability and leadership skills is required to drive growth and profitability.
The idóneo candidate will have experience in leading teams and managing trading portfolios, with a strong analytical background and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of chickpea trading, from sourcing through to customer delivery.
- Research and evaluate global market opportunities, building a pipeline of suppliers and buyers.
- Identify and mitigate risks tied to pricing swings, supply chain disruptions and international shifts.
- Represent the company across international markets, cultivating partnerships with growers, processors, clients and brokers.
- Negotiate sales and purchase contracts, ensuring adherence to company standards and international trade rules.
Requirements:
- University degree in Agribusiness, Economics or Business Administration.
- Significant hands-on experience in international chickpea trading, including procurement and market development.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing trading portfolios.
- Strong analytical background with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of risk management strategies, international trade practices and logistics processes.
