about the position:
perform inspection of parts in the pdi - shipping area, following the inspection checklist to ensure parts meet quality standards according to drawings.
responsibilities:
* inspect parts according to work standards.
* if defects are found, follow the non-conforming material process.
* adhere to cqms processes and practices.
* apply key aspects of continuous improvement processes.
* prepare tcards for process improvements and safety abbs.
required education:
* high school diploma or related engineering degree.
desired qualifications:
* willingness to learn and high availability to support the team.
* computer skills.
* ability to read drawings.
* experience with sap.
* knowledge of etq.
* knowledge of welding acceptance criteria (desirable).
* knowledge of painting acceptance criteria (desirable).
