Based in mexico city, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how we deliver digital content and brand strategies across our schools in latin america.we’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple brands, drive projects end-to-end, and execute impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns.responsibilitiesmanage and execute brand marketing for multiple inspired schools in the americas, tailoring plans to each.design and implement 360° campaigns across digital, offline, social media, pr, events, and web.lead projects with strong ownership and accountability, delivering high-quality outcomes.analyze data and marketing performance, turning insights into actionable strategies.prepare compelling presentations and reports for school leaders and stakeholders.collaborate with heads of schools to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.support the creation and review of content and creative assets to ensure brand consistency.travel as required to collaborate with schools across the region.what the ideal candidate will have5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver integrated campaigns.strong background in both offline and digital marketing, including google analytics, google ads, and meta ads.hands-on professional (this role does not include direct reports).data-driven mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics and generating insights.strong writing skills and basic design capabilities (adobe suite, canva).fluent in english, with excellent communication and presentation skills.resilient, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.willingness to travel and work in a hybrid mode, with school visits as required.safeguarding statementinspired is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
