we're hiring to join our sales team as a fleet consultant (ice & new energy).
responsibilities
* drive fleet sales (ice & new energy vehicles) in your assigned region.
* develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts.
* identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
* manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and follow‑up.
* coordinate test drives, demos, and client visits.
* maintain an updated pipeline and crm discipline.
* provide product knowledge and guidance to clients.
qualifications
* proven experience in fleet sales / b2b automotive sales.
* strong client portfolio (a key requirement).
* experience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processes.
* solid understanding of tco, cost analysis, and proposal building.
* advanced english.
* crm management and pipeline tracking.
* strong negotiation and closing skills.
* willingness to travel.
