Industrial operations specialist
the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and notifying the industrial operations team about new layouts and production capacity for new launches and projects.
* add labor summary to projects to evaluate manpower impact and manufacturing cost project.
* ensure the correct implementation of best practices in industrial operations responsibilities.
* implement lessons learned from previous programs.
the candidate will also be responsible for:
* calculating budget work standards and developing studies for new models.
* developing operational plans for new models.
* reviewing engineering proposals for future models to calculate manpower requirements and manufacturing cost.
this role requires a strong understanding of industrial operations principles, including plant distribution, line balancing, and production capacities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in this position or similar, preferably in the automotive industry.
