as a junior recruiter, you will be responsible for:
maintain an updated candidate pool in applicable systems.
forward screened candidates to the experienced recruiter or business manager (as applicable).
request screening with technical direction, when applicable, depending on the needs of the client and project.
schedule interviews with the client and business manager, when applicable.
provide feedback to contacted candidates throughout the selection process.
validate job references.
attend salary negotiations with candidates with the support of the business manager and experienced recruiter.
prepare offer letters and ensure their delivery.
validate the documentation required by the candidate for hiring.
ensure the candidate receives their contract.
prepare periodic reports on activities carried out, or any other requested reports.
follow the recruitment policies, procedures, and work instructions established in the quality management system.

requirements
bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, talent management, or related field.
minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (can be an internship or internship).
basic knowledge of selection processes and recruitment sources.
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
proactivity, organization, and a passion for working with people.
