In this role, you will serve as strategic sourcing specialist ii - software in hce. We believe the future is what we make it. *key responsibilities*:
- support globally all software sourcing activities and requirements across hce.
- partner closely with hce product management and engineering teams to ensure early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects.
- lead negotiations, contracting and supplier performance processes.
- manage long tail spend and deliver year over year cost reductions and supply base optimization.
- work with sourcing, business, finance, and other stakeholders for procure to payment process.
- support stakeholders in creating effective and well-defined master software agreements.
- consistently deliver year-over-year savings, and payment terms improvement.
- deploy a regular and effective engagement model with key stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, product management etc.) that provides consistent communication, alignment, vetting of new third-party technologies, services and early procurement involvement.
*you must have*:
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing & procurement
- strong negotiation skills, fluent in drafting contract terms and conditions
- excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- bachelor of science in business, supply chain, technology or finance
