This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being directly involved with product and process. The selected candidate will lead and optimize all operational activities to ensure that production meets quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities lead and manage production operations through direct supervision and coaching of front-line supervisors, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Develop and execute the production schedule, monitor performance, and drive efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve throughput. Maintain a strong presence on the floor—supporting teams, removing obstacles, and promoting a “lead by example” mindset. Analyze and improve production methods and processes to enhance quality and productivity. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production metrics and results. Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and planning to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Validate and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (sops). Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource plans; identify cost-saving opportunities. Recommend and implement improvements in layout, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar production leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. Bilingual: english and spanish required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable in a hands-on, dynamic environment. Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive continuous improvement.
