We're looking for a dynamic territory sales manager to drive revenue growth through inside sales, marketing initiatives, and strong customer relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with distribution partners to promote brady's industry-leading safety and industrial products. Responsibilities generate revenue through inside sales & marketing efforts primarily over phone and using web-enabled technologies and processes handle customer orders and give excellent customer service follow brady's guiding values actively work for continuous improvement together with other employees to continuously keep up and follow up a high delivery performance and low costs. Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business within your territory. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely order management. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate brady solutions. Cross-sell the full brady product portfolio to maximize opportunities. Train and motivate distribution partners on brady products and sales strategies. Collaborate with the regional sales manager to evaluate market trends and competitor activities. Participate in sales councils, trade shows, and national meetings. Maintain strong delivery performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience. 2 years of sales experience (inside or field sales). Background in safety and / or industrial markets. Strong knowledge of brady americas products. Bilingual – english required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in microsoft office and crm tools.
