You will also support the local sales organization and customers throughout the sales process, leveraging your deep knowledge of products and markets.the work model for the role is: hybridglobal relocation/lta support will not be considered for this position.this role is contributing to the division iec low voltage motors and reports to regional sales manager moim latin america.key responsibilities:develop and implement sales plans for the assigned area in coordination with the sales organization and local teams.analyze customer needs and competitor offerings using market intelligence and insights from the sales organization.ensure effective marketing initiatives (e.g., product launches) and clear communication of the value proposition to both the sales organization and customers.support the sales organization and customers in identifying the most technically suitable and cost-effective solutions and assist in preparing competitive and strategic offers.qualifications10+ years of sales experience in the electric motors market.
