main responsibilities
* lead and contribute to the global harmonization of testing technology, testing software, and testing processes across production sites.
* develop, validate, and document new testing concepts to enhance production efficiency and ensure robust quality assurance.
* collaborate closely with research and product development teams to ensure product manufacturability supported by optimal testing strategies.
* plan, develop, and implement new testing technologies, including low‑voltage, high‑voltage, and photometric testing solutions.
* design, program, and deploy software‑driven test flows to increase automation, reliability, and efficiency within production testing environments.
* support the global introduction of new products into the testing system, ensuring compliance with project timelines, production requirements, and quality standards.
* use statistical evaluation tools to analyze, optimize, and continuously improve test processes.
* maintain, structure, and document product‑specific test flows in accordance with internal procedures and industry standards.
* provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to improve system performance and reliability.
* foster effective communication and cooperation with cross‑functional teams, including production, industrialization, supply chain, development, purchasing, finance, and equipment suppliers.
required profile
* master’s or bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or related field.
* minimum 5 years of experience in technical and production‑related project coordination and project management.
* strong proficiency in vb.net, ni teststand, minitab, and related tools.
* solid understanding of statistical evaluations of test results (including msa according to vda).
* knowledge of database systems and cloud‑based solutions.
* ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative.
* strong communication, assertiveness, and self confidence.
* business fluent english (written and spoken).
* intercultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally.
