qualifications
11. english b2, spanish b2
12. bachelor´s or master´s degree in chemistry, material sience, chemical engineering, civil engineering, or related field
13. strong understanding of cement chemistry, concrete technology and admixtures mechanism
14. experience with concrete and cement testing methods and analytical techniques
15. ability to design experiments, analyze data, and optimize formulations
16. ability to prepare reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams
17. ability to manage multiple r&d projects and meet deadlines
18. proficiency in data analysis tools and standard office software
