This role will be key in ensuring proper execution of operations, high-quality customer service, and achievement of commercial goals in both car rentals and pre-owned vehicle sales.
responsibilities
* supervise teams of 5 to 10 employees across operations, sales, and customer service
* resolve operational issues and ensure productivity at the point of sale
* propose and implement commercial strategies to drive branch profitability
* monitor performance indicators (kpis and nps)
* coordinate administrative activities with corporate departments
* recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members
* ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and quality standards
* support operational activities when required
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
* minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership and sales roles
* experience in industries such as retail, banking, hospitality, or services
* strong commercial focus, results-driven mindset, and analytical skills
* excellent communication and leadership abilities
* proficiency in excel, powerpoint, and crm systems (preferred)
* advanced conversational english
* valid driver’s license; ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
